Delivery Information
Berkshire Coin Company offer several delivery options customers for good and services purchased online or by telephone. Some delivery options are order dependent or may not be available at all times.
Insurance & Delivery Security You are fully protected against loss and damage. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For Sevice. Should your order not arrive the next working day or become damaged in transit, Royal Mail will cover all costs of replacing any lost or damaged goods.
Order Tracking Your 13 digit Royal Mail tracking reference number alongwith Service Provider notification will be sent by email soon after your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery using the 'track delivery' option on the Royal Mail web site.
Standard Secure & Insured Delivery Our standard default delivery option - Orders for in-stock items placed before 3pm1 on standard business days will be dispatched within 24 Hours by secure and fully insured delivery.
Packaging Orders are dispatched in discrete, secure, plain and unmarked padded bags or postal cardboard boxes depending on the item ordered. There is no indication anywhere on the packaging of the contents or the value except for International shipments.
Multiple Occupancy Addresses Berkshire Coin Company accepts no responsibility for the loss of goods delivered to multiple occupancy addresses such as flats and residential complex buildings where someone other than the stated addressee signs for and accepts receipt of goods. Customers must ensure that parcel delivery arrangements are in place to accept and receive goods at the nominated delivery address.
