You are looking at a Collectible 1977 Royal Mint Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Silver Proof Crown in its original Royal Mint Presentation Box alongwith Certificate of Authenticity to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 

The reverse shows, within a floral garland, the ampulla and annointing spoon that were used in the coronation ceremony  and the Obverse features an equestrian portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II .
